    Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine

Chinese Medicine is more than just needles. It is a broader healing system which includes herbal therapy, bodywork, and gentle techniques such as shiatsu, teishin, moxa, cupping, and shonishin. The ancient Chinese used nature as a way to guide their health. This is a seasonal based healing system. Each provider has a slightly different style of acupuncture and Chinese medicine that they practice. Read their bios to learn more!

While Naturopathic doctors can prescribe antibiotics and pharmaceuticals, they may reach for other therapies to start— think herbs, exercise and other lifestyle changes.

    Nutrition Therapy

Nutrition Therapy is a nutrition-based treatment that focuses on assessing the individual’s nutritional status and providing an individualized nutrition plan for your health condition. This may involve simple changes in a person’s diet and lifestyle or more advanced nutrition interventions. The main principle is to identify and address the underlying cause of an individual’s symptoms or health concern based on the person as a whole and then recommend a revised life-style plan which includes appropriate foods, nutrients and supplements.
